Thrifty Travel sinbad42 on overstock.com auction site. hotelsetc., georgetown , Kentucky
They claim you get 50% off hotels,restaurants, cruises etc. Once you get the card it clearly states that you get 20% off on the card. When I looked at the hotels they offer, they were all airport hotels. They advertise you can travel like a travel agent getting 50% off world reknowned hotels.
There wasn't one restaurant in a a 20 mile radius of where I live that accepts this goofy card. The restaurants that it does offer are basically your run of the mill fast food types.
There are "processing fee's" for anything you decide to use. These can run anywhere from $15 up! This is not disclosed on their site. The "travel vouchers" don't come in the packet with the rest of the paperwork, those get emailed seperately for some unknown reason. Doesn't make a lick of sense.
Nobody answers the phone when you call to complain, they don't answer emails at thrifty travel but Sinbad42 finally did only to google my name and threaten to leave negative feedback about my business- he's never utilized my services so how would he know?
