On August 23, 2006 I ordered a pair of authentic retro air jordan IV 4's in white and baby blue. I receive the first email from them on the 23rd letting me know that they received my order and they even sent me a confirmation of my order.

On August 29, 2006 the throwbackcity deducted the money from my account using the name rappershirt.com. It seems that the company had no problem taking the one hundred, sixteen dollars ($116.00)out my account. On August 31, 2006 they sent me a email informing me that their shipper is behind and even had the nerve to appologize to me for the inconvenience but I should receive the product soon.

After a few days of not hearing from them I sent them a email letting them know that I needed the shoes or the account credited back. Still no response. According to their web site this process should only take fifteen days. This time has come and gone.

As of today I am still shoeless. I have sent them my final email letting them know that if I do not hear for them by September 25, 2006 I will be seeking other alternatives

This is an online apology to throwbackcity.com. After not hearing from the company in regards to the money that they took out of my account and lodging this complaint; a week later I came home from work and to my surprise there was a certified mail card in my door. The from person read china. I immediately went to the post office to discover that the long awaited shoes were waiting for me. I then checked my email which read that the product that I ordered was stuck in china's customs.I guess that old saying is true "good things come to those who wait". After all of this I think that the company should tell you how long it will take to receive your product instead of saying that it will only take a couple of days. I also think that the company could provide a better customer service and line of communication by responding back to you when you email them. All said and done thank you for not letting me become a rip off victim.
