Throwbackcity.com ripped me off for $105.00 for shoes I ordered for my 11 yr. old nephew who found what he thought were an authentic pair of Air Jordan tennis shoes on this website. I placed the order in January 2004 and did not receive the merchandise until late February. When I finally did receive the merchandise, it was an absolute disgrace. The shipping order was in chinese writing without any return information. And the shoes are just pathetically made and are absolutely not wearable!! My nephew was so upset!! This was money he had received for Christmas!! The website is a total lie!! The shoes look nothing like what they advertise.

I purchased 2 pais of shoes from Throwback City on 11-5-2005. I received them on 11-21-2005 and I returned one of the paid on 11-23-2005.(well within the time frame) I purched the Retro Air Jodan X111 for $109.00. I sent them back because the white part on the shoe had a red tint as if it was faded. I asked for another pair. I heard nothing. So in Decemeber I sent a email as asked for my money back. To this day I have heard nother. I have sent several e-mail and letters and still nothing. I want my $109.00 back.

I don't know why your order took so long to arrive, but we will gladly take your shoes back for refund if they are not acceptable. All of the shoes sold on our site are variants, and you are sent the same shoe that is pictured on our site. We do not use authentic shoes in our pictures, and do not try to pass off anything on someone that they don't want. If you contact us by e-mail, we will give you our return address for the shoes. They come from china which it explains on our site. Our return address is in California. Once the shoes have been received, we can issue a refund check for the order.
