THS International Inc. Thsale.com False Advertising - They are not a safe company San Francisco California
I purchased gold from this company out of curiosity. They advertise that they are a safe and secure company to purchase from.
Well... they aren't. Not more than an hour after the purchase... the gold came up missing.
I had contacted them with explaining how unsafe and insecure the transaction was and the email was this....
"Dear Sir,
Thank you for coming our site. I'm sorry that you came across the problem. You can go to our live chat and the operators will help you solve the problem.
Best wishes"
The live chat opperator was a pompas a**, I couldn't believe it.
So I tried the phone number... and omg, the english was more broken than that of their business practice.
What bothers me the most about this company is the fact there are more than a dozen complaints here about them and at the bottom of their website they list two widely recognized online companies regarding safety and ratings.
One being Verisign and the other Bizrate.com
I went to Bizrate.com and did a search... nothing.
i am not one to purchase gold or gamming goods regularly, it was something done out of curiousity. Believe me I wont be doing it again... especially from this company.
I'm not out much money... however I did call my bank and there will be a dispute filed and the reasons are false advertising of a safe and secure transaction.
Stay away from this company if you are in the gamming world. They are no way... safe and secure, just a complete rip off.
