THUMBTACK is a complete RIPOFF.
They take your money, change the rules of how they operate and don't allow you to use the service after you paid for credits unless you give them (and this is years later) your social security number and allow them to do a background check.
WHAT??????? ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? YOU WANT ME TO PLUG MY SSN IN TO A FORM THAT GETS SENT OVER THE INTERNET
