I was helping a group of friends from Brazil to buy some tickets in a hotel lobby in Florida where they were on vacation. After buying 9 tickets from Ticket Network, we had a problem with the shipping. We called them and they tried to help us out in the beginning.

After one hour or so, we called again and we found out one of the orders we placed was voided because they thought it was a fraud. Until this part I understood: a card with a billing address abroad, being bought from a blocked IP (public network) in a very high amount sounds suspicious. What I didn't understand was what happened after that.

I received an invoice from the company they bought their tickets from. And we, my friend and I decided to buy from them intead of keeping buying from Ticket Network. We looked up, their prices were $300 cheaper (no service fees) and we bought the remaining tickets from them.

We also decided to give TicketNetwork another chance and buy the parking tickets from them. When we called, they told us that they want to make sure we have tickets for the event because ALL our orders were cancelled. After that they asked me if I could send the invoice the other company sent me so they will be sure I had the tickets.

Today, this other company told me that ticket network is trying to charge them and me for a comission over the tickets I bought. They were very demanding about how many tickets, who placed the order and so on. 

Awful customer service, bad atitude, expensive service fees and not knowledgeble staff.
