Paid them $159 to get my ticket dismissed or lowered and points of my record. For 4 months they strung me along and did nothing. This is a SCAM, dont hire these people. They claim to have a money back guarantee but they dont give you all of it and you can do better on your own lowering your ticket in court. I still had to pay the full amount and extra to these jokers. When they answer the phone they say ticketman please hold real quick and place you on hold with giving you any type of courtesy of answering them. For the time it takes to send paperwork back and forth to them your better off spending that time in court getting the ticket lowered yourself. A real RIP OFF !
