TicketNetwork
United States of America#2UPDATE Employee

I am an employee who works at TicketNetwork and we would like to thank the customer concerned for contacting us about her order. There appears to be some confusion in regards to the role that TN fills in the ticket ordering process.
Briefly, TicketNetwork is a software company that develops and sells a point-of-sale software to various website partners that allows ticket resellers (established ticketing agencies with a record of fulfilling ticket orders) to resell tickets online to popular sporting, concert, and theater events. TN owns and manages an online exchange of event tickets that is accessed by many different ticket resale websites for advertisement and dispersal to customers. Official Online Tickets is one of these partner websites and we at TN also host our own ticket resale marketplace. We do not directly own, price, or ship any event tickets, nor do we directly supply event tickets to customers.
In this case, it seems that the customer ordered tickets through the website Official Online Tickets, which were being sold on our exchange by the ticket seller SongTicketing. SongTicketing is not the same as our company, but is instead a separate company entirely. They are the ticket seller who owned the customer's tickets, advertised them, and delivered them. They evidently used our company name at some point in their various communications with the customer.
On that note, the above customer contacted our offices in regards to her complaint and we looked into the issue with the seller who fulfilled her purchase. We let the seller know that they were not specific enough in how they listed the tickets that they owned. (The confusion resulted from the fact that the venue map contained various areas that were labeled very similarly. It would therefore be easy to misinterpret the specific area where a given group of seats were located.)
That being said, we have handled this issue with the seller and will be sending the customer a check for her order total. We apologize for the confusion in regards to the order situation and would appreciate the customer confirming receipt of the check.
