I ordered tickets for Disney's Frozen on Ice on Friday Nov. 7, 2014 for the Sunday Nov. 9, 2014 11 am show.  I was immediately charged for the tickets.  However, they were never emailed to me as promised.

I spend hours holding for supervisors on saturday trying to find out when I will be receiving my tickets.  The supervisors kept telling me they are on their way.  THey were extremely rude, especially one named Lynn.  The others were just especially uninformed like Dillon. 

By Sunday morning I still never got my tickets.  THats when they told me the vendor doesn't have any more tickets left!  The show was completely sold out.  I had to purchase tickets for a different show at double the cost!  I would never use this company again.
