Tickets In Time Online $796 per ticket - 2 purchased- being told they are fake at the gate priceless Internet
Paid $796 per ticket for VIP tickets for my parents, In from Florida to see Neil Diamond for their birthdays.
We had a car service, and took them into the Will Call window for early entry.
My mom has MS & it takes a bit of team effort to be mobile. Navigating the crowds only to Be told that the VIP tix were fake was a huge heartbreak.
After calling customer service and speaking with Jordan, escalating to the Supervisor Amy.. They neglected to call back, respond or remedy the situation.
Thank GOD I purchased them on my Amex.
