Tickets in Time Ticket Genie Took Money but Never Sent Tickets - Called every week for over a month Internet
Purchased tickets as Christmas gift. Paid additional for expedited shipping. Did not receive tickets before Christmas. Then when asked, was told that expedited meant that when they got the tickets, they would send out expedited. Several calls since December 20 it is now January 17 and the concert is on the 19th and still no tickets. Each time I call they say a rep is on the phone with the vendor and will call me back but no one ever calls. I was told I would get an email with fed x number and tickets today in mail but no tickets and no e-mail. Very disappointed daughter as I do not know now if I can get other tickets. And... when I call now, they have blocked my numbers and I just get a voicemail but if I call through another phone number I get through. SCAM!!!!!!
