I appolgize you did not recieve your tickets as early as you would like them and had difficulty trying to locate them, sometimes the tickets are made available by the vendors we order from last minute, in which case it does delay us shipping them but tickets generally still arrive atleast a few days prior to the show. If you look at the seating chart of the theater you would realize that "every other" seat, although looks like it skips a seat it actually does sit you all together. The Left Side of the theater is the Odd Numbered Seats, and the Right Side of the theater is the Even Numbers.
We also do not try to hide our prices, on the site itself it states tickets being purhased are provided through a secondary ticket broker and can be sold above "face value". This information was not hidden or concealed in any way. You agreed to the prices when you ordered the tickets. Almost anywhere you order tickets from you will pay higher then face value. Its part of the buisness and hard to get away from.
I hope you realized you were all seated together and I hope your grand children enjoyed the show.

now three days before the show the tickets arrive and all are "every other" seat at the back of the theater
- Well you don't give a row number, but since you say you didn't pick the seats it is hard for you to say that, this is not what you wanted. However, if you actually looked at the seating chart of the theater you would realize that "every other" seat IS together. The Left Side of the theater is the Odd Numbered Seats, and the Right Side of the theater is the Even Numbers. So if for example you have seats 2,4,6 you are together on the Right Side.
As for the price..if you read their site they state that the tickets may be sold above face value, so when you bought the tickets you knew the price and agreed to it.
