On 3-7-06 I ordered Black Eyed Peas concert tickets for my 11 year old son and I. My credit card was IMMEDIATELY charged for $598.50 but I never received the tickets!
I did make contact with a male over the phone on 3-20-06 and was asked for my last name and told that the tickets would arrive Fed Ex on 3-23-06. When I questioned the late arrival, I was told to call them back if they did not get there.
On 3-24-06, after the tickets did not arrive, I tried to call back and could only get an answering service that was not equipped/able to record a message. I made dozens of phone calls to both the local number and the 800 number and continued to get a message stating the office was closed! I then sent several emails to the addresses used to send my "confimation" and did not receive a reply.
I have filed a billing dispute with my credit card company, a report with the Better Business Bureau and forwarded all documents to the Clark County District Attorney office, Criminal Division.
Upon closer examination of my confirmation documents, I noticed discrepancies in the order/invoice numbers and the seat numbers. This company is reprehensible and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent.
If you are a victim of this company, I encourage you to contact the BBB of Southern Nevada at 702-320-4500 or
[email protected] and the District Attorney at 702-671-2501 or www.co.clark.nv.us/district_attorney.
