I ordered two Elvis Costello tickets through Tickets My Way\Headliner around the first of March. The money was taken out right away. On March 29th I checked my bank account and saw that Headliner tickets had credited the 325.20 back to my account. When I called their number I got a message that said the company was out of business. I was just happy to get my money back. But then on Saturday April 2nd, they took the money out again! I just wanted to warn you so you can contact your bank that this might happen. I am filing a dispute with mine, so hopefully I will get my money back.

Well, 2 hours ago (3-30-06) I posted this original report. After reading other reports on this website, I also decided to file a report on the FBI's website, in addition to the report I filed with the BBB on 3-29-06. Before doing so, however, I wanted to print out all pertinent documents (e-mails, invoices, bank statements, etc.) and lo and behold, upon logging into my bank's website, there was the money. It was credited to my account yesterday (3-29-06). I really don't know what to think of this company now. Perhaps they credited my account only because of the BBB report and/or all the pressure they must be getting right now. Perhaps they really were an honest, legitimate company at one point, went out of business, and now are trying to make things right with their customers on their own. I don't know. Either way, I'm glad I got my money back, upset I missed a concert I really wanted to see, and very disappointed to feel I let down the two other people, my girlfriend and my best friend, who were supposed to come to the show with me. My advice to others - exhaust all your resources, it sounds like some if not most people get their money back. And I think we've all learned to be more suspicious of the internet and the people behind it. Thanks.
