Ordered 4 theater tickets, got an e-mail confirmation with a shipping date. My credit card was charged. Never recieved the tickets.
No reply from my service e-mail requests I sent to their e-mail address. No reply from my phone calls left on their ansewer machine.
Complete rip off!

Event Tickets LLC Legal Department Month Day, Year Dear Philip, Your account is set to be sent to court. Once pursued, you will be required to appear in court here in Clark County, Nevada. Prior to taking this action, we are offering you a final chance to settle this matter for $125.00. If you wish to settle this matter, please respond to this email. So I never received my tickets and just prior to the event date I called my credit card company to dispute and request a refund. Ended up buying tickets at the box office when we arrived in New York. After all I went through with this websight I just recieved a FedEx package including a copy of their terms and conditions, "Final demand for Payment" and a uncompleated "Affidavit of Complaint Small Claims" with a cover letter demanding for me to pay the original amount plus 45% in fees or be sued. I now plan to contact the Nevada Attorney General to see what recourse I have.
