Ticketsmyway.com or also known as headliner tickets is a website that is complete ++++++fraud++++++ I ordered tickets from them and of course a day later they charged my credit card. I never received my tickets in the mail or as they claim Fed Ex. I called Fed Ex and was told I have no shipments on record. I also called all numbers from ticketsmyway.com website and no answer. I emailed all their possible email addresses and no response. ++++++please do not order from Ticketsmyway.com or Headliner tickets it is a Fraud+++++++

These black people that run this company are obviously criminals. No wonder I never received my tickets! That is what happens when you get blackie behind the whole thing, they always mess everything up. Just look at the LA Riots. What a joke.

I purchased 2 row 2 seats for a Sugarland Concert in Pikeville Kentucky on February 19th, 2008. Only after calling 10 times i received my tickets 2 days before the concert. When we arrived at the concert, we found that our tickets were for row 4. after trying for hours on hold, we finally gave up and watched the concert. I called Monday, 4-7-08 and was told no refunds or credits. We should have read there terms and conditions. Apparently they claim they have the right to change our tickets at any time. Very bad way to do business. I have contacted the prosecuters office in Nevada for fruad charges as well and better business bureau and credit card company. The state attorney generals office also has been contacted and opened and investigation.

Dear Reader, You may be alarmed by some of the things you have read on this site concerning Ticketsmyway.com and there may have been good reason for the people to post the complaints that they did several years ago. What you should know is that Headliner Tickets (the Company that operated Ticketsmyway.com years ago) is no longer in business. My understanding is that a company by the name of Pro Performance was paid several hundreds of thousands of dollars by Headliner Tickets for tickets in which Pro Performance failed to deliver and never issued a refund. As unfortunate as it I do not believe that it was the intention of anyone at Headliner Tickets to deprive customers of tickets or a refund but from my understanding when the company went under it was sudden and without warning. I do from time to time hear customers concerns about things in which they have read on this site. I understand the internet is not always a place of comfort for people and when people read reports of scams and rip offs then they generally do not shop with the company in question. My company is scrutinized by the world when they come across the articles on this site. It is something we knew was possible when taking on the domain name for our website. Given another chance to choose a domain name and I am not sure the decision would have been the same. However, I do know that we would have still done everything within our means to provide quality products and customer service. As with anything in this world I am not proclaiming that we never make a mistake. I can tell you that if a mistake is made we will anything within our means to make it right. File a report with the Better Business Bureau. They will refund your money I just got my full refund a couple of days after I filed my report with them.
