Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
we exchanged our mazda 5 for a chevy silverado, we called for the payoff amount, we got it then the dealership called us advised us that tidewater wanted more $587. more we couldn't understand the payoff we got was supposed to be good for 30 days, then we got another call the dealer now needed an additional $400. again tide water had changed the amount.

we ended up over paying they told us for our refund, we had to wait 30 days, before we paid the additional amounts we recieved 6 phone calls in two days telling us we had to pay, or the payoff would go up.(from tidewater). it has now been 30 days still no money and no payoff letter, and we were told it will now take 45 days. how do we fight these companies, the place what they want on your credit they don't pay you when they owe, they can charge finance charges but we can't. if anyone knows how to fight this please let me know.

I'm a new Tidewater customer. After reading all your comments all I can say is bless my heart. Wish I would have read this before my purchase. Being a woman with a tad bit of education . You lead me to believe you work for the company or is a company investor. I feel it's sad that you will rip on your customers the way. SMDH

Given the very obvious lack of grade school education which you display by your run on sentences, lack of punctuation and poor writing "skills"...they probably explained why the additional charges are due but you don't have the foggiest idea of what they mean. The educational system was a failure to you if even you attended. Next time, get a grade schooler to explain such things to you because they are clearly way beyond your understanding.
