Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Website appears like a humble family owned business but buyer beware.  They charged my credit immediately when I placed the order and I waited months for my furniture.  I called and emailed multiple times and received no response.  Expected a 4-6 week wait and 8 months later I reversed credit card charges.

Christine M. of Sunnyvale, CA placed an order and requested rush processing because she was hosting a party. Then she canceled the order and was refunded. All of this took place within a period of several weeks.

It is unfortunate that we are not able to offer shipping options faster than ground service for our furniture but, due to the size and weight of the packages, it is simply cost prohibitive.

Because we manufacture our items in New Jersey, this can be especially frustrating for customers on the West coast, who must wait 5-6 days longer for shipments to be delivered to them.

If it had been possible for us to satisfy this customer by meeting her deadline, we would have done so. The fact that she chose to "retaliate" by creating a misleading and malicious posting on a 3rd party website such as this is unfortunate.

What she has written now belongs to this privately-owned 3rd party website where you are reading it.  If you have any questions about this posting or about any other posting regarding us, please contact us directly so that you do not give up ownership of what you are writing for the financial gain of a third party. If you have an unresolved issue of some sort and you feel as though you should obtain the advice of a 3rd party, please consult the BBB.

As this website warns you if you read the fine print:
