I had to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. The credit card company gave me my money back, and are looking into the matter. I tried contacting XCOIN.com with no success!!!! I had my credit card company "dispute" my charge (cancel my order). I also went to the BBB.org to report/file a complaint. Recently I went to (((link redacted))) to search for a "Coach Purse" and "Tiffany Bell Boutique" was no longer on the list. I hope they have been caught!!! I hope you can get your money back!!!
