Sir/Madam:

On November 17, 2005, I purchased two computer memory (1024MB PC3200 DDR400MHz). With this purchased there was a 35 dollar rebate and you can only get one rebate. I sent in the necessary papers to get my rebate now telling me that they did not received the paper work and there is nothing they can do.

This is my Status of my Rebate Track:

awaiting receipt of documentation

Payment process X (none)

Above is the fact that I tried to attained my rebate. I had already sent them my receipt my UPC Code and receipt now they are saying that didn't receive it.

So now, they make it impossible for me to get a rebate.
