TigerDirect I purchased a monitor and never received my rebate after completing the required process Florida Internet
I purchased a monitor from TigerDirect because they offered a $100 rebate.
After completing the rebate form (on time!) and sending in the upc codes from the box I never heard from TigerDirect again. I made a photocopy of the upc code, receipt, and form for my records with the dates sent. After several months went by I tried to contact the company but had a diffecult time. Finally when I got through to them they said they had received it but I was too late because I didn't send it in time.
I know with certainty that I sent the rebate within 24 hours of the time I received the product even though I had several weeks to do so.
Tigerdirect ripped me off.

Please understand that TigerDirect doesn't process rebates rather rebates are processed by one of several different 3rd party processing companies.
