I ordered Ram, an SSD, a motherboard and processor combo. When checking out I was told that I had the option to get next day shipping so I did. I come home to find out I recieved everything but the motherboard. I proptly called customer service and over the course of three hours I was lied to by 5 different reps, one told me I had to wait 24 - 48 hours go get the status of the motherboard, another told me it was out of stock until November 22,

another told me that it shipped from a third party provider not from your watehouse (which means I was never going to get it next day so you lied to me right from the start) the next one told me I would have to wait 24 - 48 hours to see if it can be cancelled because know one knows wether it shipped or not, but I can pay for yet another motherboard and return which ever one didnt want, when what ever one showed up. It breaks down to this, I paid to have things shipped to me over night for 50 dollars,

none of which I can use because the most important part never showed. No one knows what is going on, nobody cares, and lets not forget its my fault, the website says nothing about it being shipped from another provider.  You're reps seem to think this is my problem. This is not how a company that provides products that arent a necessity to get by in life should treat its customers. This is how companies go out of business, shall we name a few? 6th Avenue Electonics, Tops, Silo, The Wiz, Circuit City, just to name a few I have seen in my life time.
