The owner of this business is a real d****ebag. He is a scammer and bad bad business man. He will rip you off if you are not careful in looking over your invoice and appraisal. Contracts mean nothing, you will owe more and then the work will cease until you pay it. He holds it hostage until you pay and pay and pay and eventually you have doubled your contract amount. Do not use this business as there are many in the Los Angeles area that will be honest and will appreciate the business.
