Yes, it was entirely your fault for shopping payments instead of price, but, I believe it is a federal law that the window sticker has to be on all new cars and trucks. It is illegal to tamper or remove those stickers prior to selling the vehicle. They may be in violation for not giving you the sticker as well. You might want to check with the DMV.
