This is a multi victim complaint on Tim Miner(Oaklahoma) and Hope Riley-Miner(Kentucky) in the state of California, United States. Their scheme crosses over state lines, wiring of funds,and utilizes the internet, Twitter, Email and TV promotions, to attract vicTIMS. Tim and Hope have broken multiple California and Federal laws pertaining to fraud using the music and modeling industry. Aside from a recent Banktuptcy, they have had multiple business name changes,(not in good standing) within the State of California. In particular, they like to lure in young music hopefulls from other statets since their scheme within California, Hollywood was already known. Past connections no longer functional and much exaggerated ties, family members have been left with tens of thousands of debt because of their ventures and abuse of trust by Tim and Hope Miner..
Tim, is mostly known as a "one hit wonder" during the 90's and Hope and her lack luster modeling career "Ford" signed model, made them embark on a campaign to lure in people from out of state within the modeling/music industry using a "filmed for Tv invite convention" promising introductions and fleeting hollywood fame to those selected few. None of which were paid, but had to pay Tim Miner large sums of money to be "developed". One family in the past had spent in excess of 200K, another 60K and many others much the same stories. $$ after dollar until funds dried up, Tim and Hope bled them as dry as their connections. As word got out in the Christian music scene Tim Miner changed gears and went more pop and moved out of Hollywood to Porter Ranch, Northridge area in Californina. Utilizing again a few very old connections, name dropping more big names, young hoepfulls were quickly stripped of funds then blown off. If any the few that were given their music, the quality was so poor one other composer said it "sucked a*s" and how can someone charge so much for such sh*tty quality. At least some in the business have their pride. The point of this report is to warn people that if something is too good to be true, it usually is. No matter the smilinf face, the gentle hug and the much over used word of "God" and even, I love you. Nothing short of the best acting job ever.

 Please! I'm an entertainment professional Werth 27 years in Hollywood and Nashville. This report is a joke. I dont personally know Mr Miner but my colleagues do and I certainly know of him. His reputation is one of great talent, success and high quality music. I can't speak for this person (s) writing the complaint but I can say that it seems ridiculous. Anyone who knows the industry knows that if you just ask around, you'll quickly find out if someone is"real"in Hollywood or not. Tim Miner is real. His name appears throughout the industry in large and high profile projects as recently as this year in a couple movies that are easily verified. He's worked with dozens of celebrities. It's not Harvey Weinstein people. This stuff is easily verified. If the complainant didn't know how to use Google before they signed on with Mr Miner, then they shouldn't be in Music or entertainment. What a joke. Today, all you need to do is accuse without a shred of evidence and it can be posted. Shameful. These people need to take since responsibility for their actions before slandering someone who is respected for years as talented, accomplished and respected in a business that would have kicked him out long ago if he wasn't. You can't hide behind ignorance without effectually looking like an a** eventually. These people succeeded at that part with flying colors. Grow up.

d**n somebody didn't make it in show biz and others might have blown them up a bit for cash? Jeez I thought everybody who shoots for a music or modeling career is guaranteed to make it and if not than it must be somebody else's fault? Does ANYBODY take any personal responsibility anymore? d**n would have never thought that. What is the saying 'a fool and his money will soon part'? Come on man, really.
