Time Payment Corporation A 2007 Debt that is not mine is now on my credit report as a charge off. Boston Nationwide
I just checked my credit report and have a Charge Off for 13K for this company. I have never done business with them.
Apparently they want to dispose of income via 1099 on random individuals.
They are very rude to speak with and will not respond to the problem. Since this is an IRS issue I will file suit as they are incorrectly charging off debt. I truly cannot wait to get them into court. Thier rudeness made settling anything a non-starter. File small claims, or large claims against companies such as this. It is the only thing Consumer Protection authorites respond to. This company needs a large number of lawsuits filed to get the attention of the States the ripofff people in.
