I am currently going through all of my Time Warner Cable bills since the beginning of 2011 to figure out all of their crazy charges and to figure out what exactly is wrong with my bill. I have been overcharged for equipment I no longer have and I am trying to figure out exactly when it started, which was in November of 2013. I repeatedly called into TWC to complain about the extra charges for equipment I no longer have and they have been unable to fix my bill. However, while going through all of these bills month after month, I became aware of how often I am assessed and paying a late fee AND the fact that there are no due dates listed on my bills.

I really wish someone would start a class action lawsuit for late charges when no due dates are listed. What do I need to do to start this?

Your story is full of holes.

Sorry but your entire story is full of more holes than Swiss Cheese where nothing makes any sense.

First of all you come here and say that you still have all of your bills back to 2011, that is 4 going on 5 years of statements.  Okay..so let me give you that one.

But then if we take that as truth, the rest starts to really fall apart.  For one you say you keep saying that you repeadedly call them up to have them fix incorrect billing of some equipment you no longer have.  Again, if that is the case you must of course be looking at the bill..right?  So if you noticed that you were being charged for equipment, just how did you miss the late fees?  STRIKE ONE

Since you apparently paid the amount due, just how did you know how much to pay without looking at your bill?  Did you guess and hope you had the right amount?  You can't claim you never got the bill..because you admit you have 4 years of bills.  You can't claim you never opened the bill because if you just called in for the amount, you wouldn't have known you were being charged for equipment....STRIKE TWO

Now as to the due date.  Again, if there was no due date on the bill just how did you know when to pay it?  Did you just guess and hope you were right?  STRIKE THREE, your out.

Now, do you know why else your story falls apart.  Well as part of "full disclosure" I have TWC and have review every bill I have from them and EVERY single bill has a due date listed.  So how about posting a couple entire statements(with your personal information blacked out) showing that no where on that bill is a due date.
