Time Warner claims that I never returned my cable equipment (modem and DVR) when I moved out of my apartment in Los Angeles, Ca., Sept. 2, 2015. I gave Time Warner the necessary information so that they could retrieve the cable equipment In October, I was told by them that they found the equipment and have closed my account; that I would not be charged any fees. Today, I learned that they did not do this. They charged me $595.oo for the equipment and phone charges from Sept. thru November, even though I moved out in Sept. I notified them when I was moving out in Sept. 1, and asked them to shut off my phone. I found out that my phone is still on and I am still paying charges each month.
