Time Warner Cable Spectrum Spectrum buy-out ..after four months no check(460.oo) dollars all I get is a run-around Louisburg North Carolina
I have talked to 18 representatives and it is the same thing over and over...we are looking into it. Dish withdrew $460.00 from my debit card the very day I switched to Spectrum. TWC cable gave the buy-out form to fill out and I did.....six of them...the same as requested by Spectrum. After talking to 16 reps all I get is the run-around over and over. I WILL SUE FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT. I will also contact the NC attorney general of North Carolina. My lawyer friend has assured me he will sue their pants off......so game on.
