Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I switched from Dish Network to Time Warner Cable and was pormised if I was to switch and get a triple play bundle deal and stay in good terms for 90 days. I will be given a $300 dollar dodgers gift card. When it came down to getting this card they told me I will get a postcard in the mail with a redeem code within 2 weeks, As the 2 weeeks went by they tell me that to be elegible I have to stay in good terms for 90 dyas, and for me to check back on the date ending the 90 days, I did that when the 90 days came up. I called cuatomer service and chatted online with them and they then tell me Im not elegible for 300 dollar gift card, Now how am I not elegible if TWC made me that offer if I was to switch then to tell me stay in good terms to not qualifying? Now thats unbelievable. I even read the small print terms and everything needed to get this card, I done so how am I not elegible? And every customer suppor agent had a different story or excuse to why I wasnt elegible they give me the run around, they hang up or they disconnect from chat.. This is bad service How can I be heard and granted what I was promised??

I'm wrtting my own report on this just happened today.  Almost 4 mos ago TWC rep comes to my house says $89.99 per mo for a yr bundle includes Cable/Internet/Landline.  After 3 mos get $300 Visa card!  This works out to about $75. per mo after gift card so I hook up and jump through all these hoops they require redemption code at a certain website, then go to a 2nd website, register redemption code, Have to give (2) previous bills from previous provider showing for at least (2) of the services.  Most importantly no one EVER tells you that you have to pay before or on the bill due date or you rescind the entire $300 card! So that's what happened to me, I was just few days later than that date 3rd month bill so sorry sucka, no gift card. Wow, that just pi$$ed me off so bad I go on the internet and see alot of people were never told apparently!  One guy called customer solution dept (retention) and told them to disconnect him pronto.  They suddenly tell him they'd like to keep him as a valued customer and they will expedite his card!  Amazing! That's what I did, and I was seriously going to disconnect and after I hung up I get a call back from TWC (also, make sure you keep the name of whoever you speak to and their operator ID Initials (that's what they call it) Anyway, lady tells me that she emailed dept head who re-authorized my $300. Visa card.  Hope this works for others too.

I had the same results from Time Warner, they told me the same thing that I didn't qualify because of the package that I bought, I had switched from FIOS. I sent them a copy of my original invoice that was given to me on the day that I signed up for the service, It said $300 gift card. A few days later I went on the web site for the Time Warner Reward I hit the button that said I don't have a code, a code was there and I received the gift card a few days later. Don't give up, get a copy of that original invoice and send it to the Rewards Team! Looks to me that they make it so hard to get it they are hoping that people just give up.
