TIMELINE TRUST Akwasi is the name of the individual who always answers my calls at the accra achimota office. Please do well to FIRE! that moron. He has does not deserve to represent your company.He is a disgrace to your establishment and what you stand for.Another l Akwasi has gone to the extent of hurling insults at me calling me a thief and a degenerate when i called the office to enquire about my application process that begun last year. This eventually lead to me booking a flight all the way from kumasi to accra to visit the office personally. I put away all petty grievances and identified myself. We went through the entire process again and was promised results in two business working days. Currently i am in Kenya and its been three weeks no email no phone call nothing, ACCRA Internet

I have been hurdled insults of which form i refuse to disclose in this report just to keep it sane.
Another lady by name Habiba who is responsibility of handling my account has not been professional in her dealing with me. After paying my GH100 fee for the application she was to respond by sending me an email of a list of schools to select from and it has been almost year now!
My experience with your company has been utterly appalling. Your representatives especially Akwasi needs to be fired with all due respect!
I have made journeys from kumasi to accra by plan and to have this resolved. I have had represntives make calls to the office since im currently in kenya to enquire on my behalf and still no results /
I am not interested in any form of refund. I want the serive i payed for, which your company claims to provide.
I cant believe im going through all of this just to select a few schools for a service i have PAID FOR ! My entire educational plans has grinded to a halt because of these individuals you have representing you
