times turnaround service station Propane rip off Gastonia North Carolina
I went to this service starion last Saturday to purchase a Tank of Propane for my grill. When the clerk got thetank out of the Rhino cage and handed it to me I said this feels lighter than usual. I said it has a blue cap on it
I assume it's full and she said yes. I went home and cooked on it with no problem. The next Friday which was July the 4 I went to cook on it and I was out of gas so I proceeded to the same store to complain and see if Icould be reimbursed. The clerk rememberd me and she said I would have to talk to the manager who would bein on Saturday.
So I exchanged the tank and came back the next day to talk to Judy. She said that she talk tothe empolyee that morning and the employee told her my problem.
She rufused to reimburse me she said I should have brought it back that day. I said it worked that day why would I bring it back if it was working. I asked her if she woas going to let 20 dollars get rid of a customer and she said she didn't care I wasn't getting a refund so that is my complaint.
