Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I Have wrote a report on Groupwise but feel that if someone searches the title company, they too need to know the deceptiveness of this title company as they are scamming people to PAY them money in which they claim they will make me an offer. Once they got me to call off of their deceptive postcard in which they told me they will make an offer, I was greeted by a salesperson who makes it look as if you are going to be bankrupt if you do not get out of your timeshare now by the resorts raising fees, going bankrupt and they scare people into paying over $3000. Then they use this title company that they claim is not any part of them and it is actually owned by the same person whom I think is Steve Nagy by all of the research and calling to see who is the boss at the title company. I am not sure, but Sue is the office manager not sure if she owns any of the company. I am so worried that people are getting screwed each week by these scare tactics. They prey on the older people as it appears that most of us in there were over 60 years old. I then found out by TUG which is a timeshare website that this company would then sell my timeshare on eBay and if they have a hard time selling it, then I will still be stuck with it!! WHAT A DEAL!!! I pay you $3000 and then you charge me again for title fees and then you sell it on eBay. I hope there are no people weak enough to fall for this, I really do not think most people are that stupid. But obviously these guys are in business and must be making money. PLEASE LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMS!! STAY AWAY.

Timeshare Title Company & Royal Elite Timeshare Scam

We got a call from this company out of Florida. They had buyers ready to buy our Royal Elite timeshare. We paid an upfront fee of $598 expecting to hear in the next day or so that our timeshare had been sold. So far, we have not received on phone call back. When we call them, they are not available to talk. Please check out these "people" thoroughly before giving them any money. They are very convincing. There should be a law that the money should be returned since they represented themselves in so many ways

#3UPDATE EX-employee responds

First of all Winton, I feel that you are Groupwise answering this as a consumer rebuttal.  It is amazing to me that on the same day within minutes of each other, there are two rebuttals on both of the Groupwise and the Timeshare Title ripoff report and one happens to be Winton and the other happens to be Winnie!  It sure looks fishy to me and for you to say that they have been in business since 1995 is one thing but realize that GROUPWISE has NOT been around as a working company until 2009.  Steve had the groupwise name and corporation but HAS NOT had the company around.   As for Timeshare Title, they have been around and I am not disputing that they do not do their job in getting the titles done.  I am just saying that it is pure BS that they are not connected as they report in their meetings.   They are OWNED by Steven Nagy......period.   BOTH!

As for the truth about being a good business, once again BS!!  People everyday are shafted by them by being scared into the fact that they cannot sell timeshares, or even give them back.  Go to ebay.com and look them up.  They sell all the time.   There is NO NEED to pay anyone to sell your timeshare and the bogus materials they use in the presentation is nothing more than scare tactics.   Most ALL resorts will take them back if you do not pay maintenance fees and NONE of them will come after you personally.   There is NO SUCH thing as a damage claim!!  That is purely made up by this industry.   The materials they use in the presentation is simply not true and many of them are found to be from HOA from true condo ownership, not timeshares.

So Winton, there it is.  I am sure that if you are Groupwise making up a fake name, there will be another rebuttal again soon.   I will respond to that one as well.   Since I am determined that unsuspecting people will not get screwed by this outfit.

If you have done business with them, please call your credit card company and request a refund in full.   They never win and you will get all of your money back.
