OMG: I fell for listing my timeshare for sale with them back in 2006. they demanded over 500$ due immediately and assured me it would sell.well, thats the last i heard from them.
Their website is incredibly hard to navigate and all correspondance is via email or phone, neither of which ever happened.
Also ((((Redacted))) sucks too. (((Redacted))) is AWESOME for listing, renting or buying. only cost 10$ per year.
Do not be suckered into buying a timeshare. First, you pay maintenence fees every year, any where from 450$ on up.
THEN, (((Redacted))) sucks you into paying their stupid fees. PLUS if you want to exchange, good luck finding a good resort PLUS they charge 187 to exchange.
ITs all a big waste of money, unless you go to the same place year after year.
(((Redacted))) resorts list all these great resorts, but you can NEVER get into them, and if you do most resorts in Mexico have a MANDATORY all inclusive fee. Their travel agency sucks too. Never the best price on ANYTHING>
