Timothy Ziaja, Zinc, A Marketing Guild Tim Ziaja, ZINC, ZINC LTD Unpaid invoices 6+ months over due Minneapolis, Minnesota
Timothy Ziaja has disappeared without paying bills, invoices and rent or delivering promised products to multiple clients. He has used services of various vendors including graphics, programming, printers and photographers praising and using the work and then not paying invoices. His most common claims are that the work was not "completed" (generally due to his lack of communication, or that the person became insistent on being paid for things outside established scope. He insists that he is "not a bank" and can not pay until he is paid. He refuses to sign contracts or approve estimates.
I have tried, unsuccessfully, to track him down via a collection agency. He has changed his phone, email and physical address. There is no record with the state the the business, ZINC, Ltd., ever existed, and he was evicted months ago by his landlord for outstanding rental payments.
Beware of entering into any working relationship with this man.
