This problem started at the end of 1993, My ex-wife had a son by me named Kevin Thomas Dryer whom I love very dearly and miss very much. Since the day of his birth, when we were still together, she has been hiding him from me and still is. December 30, 1998.

I was court appointed legal joint custody of my son. It started out fine for the first three months that she had me pay her cash for the child support but since I found out the laws in 1999 I had it set up with the child support agency to pay child support through them since then it has gotten real bad. Since I am on SSI/VA I can't afford to get a lawyer so I gave her a choice either let me see my son or I stop paying child support. Since I let my new wife and two sons talk to Kevin she has stopped all communications possible. She has gone as far as disconecting her phone.

I am very worried about my son because I don't know if he is ok or even still alive. The police and the Department of Human Services will not check to see if he is ok.

I have tried to go through some probono lawyers but they won't help me because they say it is a conflict.

Apparently she has used them for another case that has nothing to do with me. Please someone help me find out if my son is still alive.

If you are not connected to the internet go to the library. Most of them have internet access for free.
