Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Where do I start? Oh yeah let's start with the teas.. According to the owner whom I've met very frequently who is not only a cheapskate but a liar. I asked are all the teas created by you and he stated him and his wife have created every concoction. This is obviously not true when I actually went to another store called Sprouts (great organic place) when I found over 5 of their signature teas from much more cheap. completely unoriginal they charge so much for a tea called roasted almonds latte for almost 8.00 which is basically in a small plastic cup that is 1 part tea to 8 parts almond milk. Another instance is when I went into the store to purchase a gift cards for a school raffel function, one at 5.00, 10.00,15.00, and all the way up to 20.00 the employee told me she wasn't able to give me the gift card if it was under 10.00 now it might seem like it's not fustrating but it truly was when I asked her to call her boss which she stated was the owner himself who came up with this policy his idea to her was that in order to receive the gift cards I need to purchase something 10.00 or more which is basically telling me spend more I don't care about your problem. It seems like the owner is not only trying to make quick cash off of scheming on customers but doesn't care as well. Another thing is the employees although sweet and cheerful when I see them working independently without the owner, but when he shows up you can tell there is this ominous prescence when around the cheerful employees become dull and lifeless as almost as if he sucked the joy right out of the room. I can always see him come in and a employee come out looking almost upset or sad because it seems like he might've said something to offend them. I'm almost sure of it so I've gone deeper into asking former employees if they enjoyed the job and they would almost always say "The employees there are amazing, but management is extremely difficult and downright rude not only to customers but employees as well". I can't tell you countless times I see them work hard and overhear the owner telling them how they suck it's just not a way to present yourself as a owner or boss. I'm pretty sure they are underpaid and undermined everyday. If any of you el pasoans know about this place and have experienced a bad encounter please let me know I am trying to uncover more things with this "local business".
