c---the problem is- is how tire kingdom pays there sales employees------service mangers and sales guys get hourly + commisions(based on the profit of the ticket)------now--with this----if this sales guy would have said--yes--i feel for you and he would of just fixed your car(for free)(even though another tire kingdom f'd it up) he would of been minused money on his commsion cause it would of reduced his profit ------that is why he said take it to that store--so the guy who f'd it up loses money--not him--in all fairness--it wasnt his fault--he didnt f it up so why should he lose money on his check?????----BUT NOW!----here is something really sad--------this commision percentage they get off the profit is like 3%(but i do not know for absolute fact)-------in other words----it may have cost him around 5$ in commsions(maybe more)--but dont have exact figures but hopefully you get the jist of what i am sayin!!!--------SO MANY TIMES I SEE SALES GUYS NOT wantin to warranty tires cause they take a hit------i have seen times where someone wants to get a new tire cause they cant fix it or whatever(after buyin road hazard)---so the sales guy will say we dont have this tire here(even if they do) but this tire kingdom at this location has it so go there(then they screw another sales guy at another store)---i heard of this once and the guy went to the store to get a new tire(warrantied road hazard)they told him we dont have it so go to this location----customer goes to said location and they say no we dont got it--but this store has it(this store bein the original location he went to ) givin the guy the run around!!!!-----in other words-----everyone is gettin f'd cause no one wants to take a 5$ hit???-------pretty sad------i think if you make pay plans like this it gives people incentive to do shady $hit(and they wonder why business is the way it is)------i think the company needs to pay for mistakes---we are in the auto business--mistakes happen a lot--it just depends on how you treat that customer you made the mistake with to retain his/her business---most people will tolerate small mistakes--especially if no harm came
