Tire Works Manager Harry Zuber Slow, shoddy service. Las Vegas Nevada
Had Tire Works check a blown tire on my motor home May 15th.
After the boss checked the tire and found it to be 14 years old he suggested we change all 6 tires for safety reasons.
I had one new tire that had been replaced last year so decided to put that on as the spare.
One young guy worked on his own, outside the building (dont know why, there was a bay empty) with one small jack so the job took over four hours. He had two speeds....slow and stop! No one checked his work or all this could have been avoided.
When I complained to the boss that the guy was way too slow all he said was that he worked all night at Walmart. WFT?
I paid $171.84 for a warranty on the tires and now we find that the warranty doesnt cover a One Ton vehicle which ours is.
After driving 400 miles home I discovered the following:
A wheel nut missing.
1 tire mounted wrong so I cant access the pressure valve.
A screw missing from a rear wheel cap.
Rear passenger wheel nut so loose I undid it with my fingers.
Front passenger side tire is 50% low on Nitrogen. It states on the paperwork that each tire has 100psi.
