Needed new tires, was quoted what seemed a high price. We had flat tires, could not easily go elsewhere since we had the vehicle towed there. We were at their mercy. In the meantime (within 3hrs), we found out the dealership would have charged us $150 cheaper! Dealerships are usually higher, so we asked Tireworks why they charged us so much. That's all we did was question the price, no yelling or being rude. The manager on duty looked things over and stated everything has been taken care of and approved, but he could not give us a credit, their corporate office could. He told us to get the written estimate from the dealership and fax it over to Corporate.

We faxed the written estimate to Corporate, and when we called to confirm about the credit, we were told nothing could be done for us. We paid for it and that was that! So, the Manager lied to us about the credit being approved. We do understand we paid for services rendered, so we have to live with it. However, I just would like to warn that Tireworks is not customer service oriented nor are their prices reasonable. We feel we were taken advantage of because of our situation. Also, they did not call when they had completed the service, instead we had to go to their location and find out our vehicle was ready.

During trying to get the credit from the manager, another lady seemed to be frustrated with how long her service was taking. Then after she left, she came back in to ask if someone could look at her windshield wipers. She stated the ones just replaced by Tireworks did not seem to be the right size. Sure enough, an employee had to change out the wipers for the correct type.

We had been there on another occasion for my BMW. Had a flat tire, they repaired it. Day later, we lost the BMW logo cap. Apparently, Tireworks did not know how to replace the cap properly or they did not know how to remove the cap and broke it, but placed it on anyways. That was a $50 part. Also, the tire kept going flat. Beware of Tireworks!
