Tiscare has failed to refund my money in the amount of $149.99 when I cancelled my account after only four months of service. That was the amount they stated they would credit my account after seven to ten business days.
After three weeks I called and stated why my account hasn't been credited the money yet and they said my accout rejected the amount that they sent back. So I contacted my bank and it was stated by the bank representative that that account was closed because after I became a member of Tiscare I opened up a new account. That was the reason the efund was rejected.
Well, when I talked to one of the employees I gave him my new bank card visa debit number and experation date and he proceeded to write down the infromation and he said my cad would be credited the refund in several days. I waited a week and then checked my debit account and the money was not deposited so I called Tiscare back and ask why the money wasn't deposited and they said I need to call back in five days and they will give me the information, on what I don't know.
Five days later I called back. which is today April the 24th. The person at the other line said Mervin or Merlin would call be back in five minutes. I waited an hour and received no call so I called back and spoke to a Melee and he said he would call me back in fifteen minutes and he never did. I believe these people are giving me the run around and trying to avoid reembursing my the amount they owe.
These people need to be trained on how to deal with the public because when I first called them to cancel my account they became belligerent and began harassing me about why I'm leaving and who I'm going with and they are not a good company to be with and I'm making a terrible mistake. This upset me so much.
