They met my wife and I in our home and the representative was doing our paperwork up to cancel our resort contract. we agreed to 7,000. then Justin Ray the owner called our phone, sounding drunk, and said there was no way it could be done at that price. after 20 minutes of his cursing and slurred speach, we agreed to 9900. That was the biggest mistake ever. I should have gone with my gut. Clay adams was our rep. seemed like a nice southern boy, and we trusted him. now, 4 months later, numerous phone calls. and many conversations with this justin Ray person, nothing has been done. We are going to our attorney general over this issu, as well as the police dept. we are 79 years old. fraud of this magnitude should put all involved into jail.

There was a false and malicious complaint posted on Ripoff Report. This complaint was posted from an individual who is NOT, and has never been, one of our clients. We researched our entire database and there are no clients that match that description or even come close. We strive for excellent customer service ensuring all clients have the phone number to customer service, the phone number for the road representative, and the phone number for both of the office managers. If this were actually a client (and not a competitor) we would have addressed the complaints and resolved them. The personal attacks stated in the report against the owner of our company further proves this complaint is a personal attack, and they are using your company (Ripoff Report) as a platform to launch false information. Complaints this destructive and sabotaging should be investigated. It is not okay that anyone can post anything about any company without verification as to the validity of the complaint. We have an A rating with the BBB, which is an unbiased organization that confirms the validity of all complaints. Our exemplary track record, our good standing with all of our clients, and their willingness to give great references speaks volumes as to the level of service we provide to each and every client on a daily basis. The complaint states the owner was drunk and slurring. If this is true why would the complainant turn around and give a company with a “drunk owner” $9,900? This person stated they made a complaint to the Attorney General which is not true because there are no complaints filed. The reason they did not file a complaint with the Attorney General is because this is a false complaint and the Attorney General verifies and validates all complaints.
