T&J ENTERPRISES Tony I purchased my kirby on 11-10-09 it was picked up on 11-23-09 after several phones asking them to come pick it up and i have not received my deposit yet they never return my phone calls and they are n columbus, Georgia
I purchased my kirby on 11-10-09 it was not picked up until 11-23-09 after I tracked them down in my neighborhood while they were going door to door and made sure they were with the same company and asked them could they take it and please return it.
The day they picked it up the salesman Mike Toth told me if I had any problems getting my deposit back call him. While my contract states that they have ten days from the day it was picked up to return my deposit i have yet to receive it. I have spoken with
Tony who shouldnt be in business about two and a half weeks ago and he is going to try to tell me that it has not been four weeks at that point since they picked it up I told him I would call him back when I got home with the contract and the dates, I did just that
he told me he would check on it and call me the next day of course i have not spoken with him since. I call and leave messages with his wife who acts like she doesnt know anything and have also left messages on the voicemail and have never received a call back from anyone.Today is 1-7-2010.

I worked for this so called company for over 2 months and NEVER GOT PAID. If we weren't in a recession and finding a job wasnt so hard I would have never got into something like this in the 1st place. I was told if you do 12 shows a week...even with no sales...you get your base pay 475.00 a week. Well if you ride in that van with them all day you will NEVER get 12 shows a week. You are in this van packed to death with a bunch of cussing cigarette smoking jerks from sun up to past midnight every night and whenever they can get into someones door they always send in Mike Toth because hes the best at tricking people into spending money. I finally had a few chances to do some shows and I made a sell. From this sell I was to get a portion of the amount paid for the machine...also the "boss" of this fake company told me he was so proud of my sell that he was going to pay me my guarentee for the week in the amount of 475. I waited for 2 weeks and on each payday was told " the sell isnt complete..you have to wait till they make their 1st payment"...then was told that they had to figure out where my check was...I waited another few weeks and kept working with them thinking I would get paid..well after a month went by with excuse after excuse from these people I quit. I came back week after week asking to be paid what I was owed...each time I was told they would call me back when they got to the office and "found out where my money was"....finally one day when I came by I was told by Tony (the owner) that the people I sold to brought the machine back and therefore I would not be paid. Well, needless to say after MONTHS of waiting on some kinda compensation for working for these people 15 plus hours a day I was extremly agry. I did not believe this lie he was telling me so I went to the people I made the sell to....come to find out they still had their Kirby and they WERE MAKING PAYMENTS. THE PEOPLE AT T&J ENTERPRISES ARE JUST MONEY HUNGRY JERKS.....DO NOT GO TO WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE BELIEVING THEIR LIES THAT IT IS EASY MONEY AND THAT IT WILL EVENTUALLY PAY OFF ONCE YOU START MAKING SALES....EVEN WHEN YOU DO MAKE A SALE YOU WILL NEVER GET PAID...THEY ONLY PAY THIER "BEST FRIENDS" THAT ALSO WORK FOR THEM AND THEIR ROOMMATE THAT WORKS FOR THEM...EVERYONE ELSE THEY HIRE ONLY WORKS THERE FOR 1 OR 2 WEEKS WHEN THEY FIND OUT WHAT A SCAM IT IS.....
SO IF YOU LIVE IN THE WEST GEORGIA OR EAST ALABAMA AREA AND KIRBY COMES TO YOUR DOOR...REMEMBER, THAT NICE SALESMAN THAT SPENDS 2-3 HOURS CONVINCING YOU TO BUY THAT KIRBY IS ONLY GOING TO GET SCREWED OUT OF THEIR MONEY IN THE END ....DONT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY
