T.J. Johnson and Associates Gifts by Monet Free Android Tablet survey SCAM, survey meaningless, its a timeshare pitch Whitehouse, Texas
T. J. Johnson and Associates, if the company exists as more than a letterhead, sent me a letter signed by Clair Williams, Vice President of Product Research. The letter reads, " We would like to invite your household to participate in our marketing study and promotion. For your participation, you will received a FREE Android Tablet Computer. "Once you have received and tested your Android Tablet we ask that you complete the brief survey that we have enclosed and return it to us." "You are under no obligation to pay, purchase or subscribe to anything to receive your tablet." "There is no cost for shipping and handling". "Please give us a call, toll free, at (888) 312-6280. Your package code is 1163-7210-2832".
When you call
the operator starts talking about Gifts by Monet and how they have selected you for a free gift. I had to bring up the product survey. The operator told me they don't care if you complete the survey. Giving them the "package code" started her talking about Global Vacations and how something will be sent to me. That mailing will include instructions on how to get the free tablet.
This is not a study. It is a marketing scheme and they work it to sell, eventually, Global Vacation offerings. They may give you a tablet but I feel it is 100-percent likely you will have to sit through a long presentation, possibly travel to them to secure what could be an Android Tablet but one that might be worth a few dollars. For those not aware, tablets sell at reputable companies such as Big Lots for as little as $39.00. I feel this is dishonest advertising by Global Vacations.
