On Dec. 12, 2007, I paid $3,500 for an advertising campaign. On the invoice it states "Client will have a thirty day return policy". The TKI Terms of Service Agreement, on their website, states."TKI Solutions fees are only refundable creditable or transferable during the first thirty days of the website becoming active. Refund credit or transfer is not granted automatically. You need to send your request to tkiwebsolutions.com support via email or phone (contact us) prior to the refund/credit/transfer deadline. You will then get the confirmation email from us."

I sent them an email on 12/20/2007 and 12/21/2007 requesting a refund, stating:"In accordance with the TKI Web Solutions Terms of Service Agreement, I hereby exercise my right to cancel and request a refund of my Web Development and SEO fee of $3,500.00 within the first 30 days as stated in the agreement below:...This refund request pertains to your INVOICE #: 217-12415-r dated 12/12/07, which states: "Client will have a thirty day return policy."

This is actually a Second Request. The First Request came in the form of a verbal inquiry to Robert in your Customer Service Department. He said the above Return Policy was a part of a standard paragraph on all of your invoices and did NOT pertain to this invoice for Web Development and SEO. Of course, from a legal standpoint, that verbal statement is invalid, because the Return Policy on the invoice is in writing.

I will accept either a check for $3,500.00 or a credit to my Mastercard, on which the original charge was made. I will give you the Mastercard number, if that is how you would like to handle this refund. I will look forward to the confirmation email acknowledging this request and your resolution.

As of Jan. 09, 2008, I have not received a confirming email or any response at all, either written or verbal. Last week I spoke with one of their customer service reps, who said she put the request on the desk of the "Refund Manager". I have also reported this to the Arizona Better Business Bureau, who are also awaiting a reply.
