T.L. Thompson and Associates. - Molly Owens and her Supervisor Disrespectful liars, uneducated, disorganized, verbally abusive Texas
I was contacted by TL Thompson and Associates, regarding a State Farm claim. Entered into a contract agreement with TL Thompson and Associates, Molly Owens, paying $50 per month until total of 1250. was paid. Payments were made monthly, on time, but they continue to refuse to send me a printout of payment, that had been requested for six months. My credit card was stolen, I called them and gave them another credit card number. They never processed my payment. Never tried to contact me. Now telling me they need the total amount up front that no payments would be accepted.
They're extremely disrespectful, verbally abusive, I'm very difficult to trust and believe anything they say. The supervisors are just as bad. Supervisor told me that if I was smart, I would get in good with Molly Owens, because she is the only one that can make the decision to accept my payment. Said I need to call and apologize. Lol my response, for what?! I did nothing wrong, except wanting to pay a payment. She was being verbally abusive, lying by telling me the balance was $400, then changing it to $700 6 days later. They seem to be very uneducated, unorganized, and horrible about fulfilling requests on payment information. Hillbilly Mob, basically.
