A woman Named Aida Lopez works for this company and not only made my grandma cry whose 60 but by the time I called her to set up a payment plan when I got my letter in the mail she said no and I hung up on her when she called me first time. And that I had to pay all 4000$ to get her to tell DMV allow me to have my license back. Here's the thing. I'm willing to pay ofcourse I can't do it at one I was in a minor accident. But 4000$ at once for a single struggling mom who sometimes I don't even know who I'm gonna pay my rent is ridiculous. So here is the other thing I explained ... I have been stalked and harassed before scared for my life by a man ... when I see unknown numbers or blocked calls I don't answer and if I here is this tiffany I might of hung up scared. When I received the first letter ever from her I called her to set up plan and she said she was no longer wiling and I lost my chance and had me and my grandma in tears how ugly she was to us. NOT because we didn't get our way because simply she was so mean. I'm not impressed with this company at all. Especially her
