If you have such an honorable money back guarantee, than why don't you give these consumers back their money? In business you should be reaping good will, not threatening your clients. I am willing to update all my complaints as settled if you honor your guarantee. Unfortunately, these people realize that they will never see a cent and your money back guarantee is as valuable as your training!

The Better Business Bureau and the courts are places to file complaints so that ALL sides can be heard. We have an "A" rating with the "BBB" We trained over 6,400 dogs in the last 6 years. We have had a total of 6 complaints, 4 with the "BBB" all resolved. THAT IS A 99.999% SATISFACTION RATING. ANY COMPANY WOULD BE PROUD.
