I redeemed 18,000 reward points from my bank account for free air fare. I started the process in July for a trip in November.

The company dragged their feet about processing my request until it was too late to use the free voucher. I was forced to make my flight reservations & pay for them.

Now I'm having problems getting a refund on my reward points.
