Tom Babcock (At The Helm Sailing & Powerboating School) that he was running with is wife Ramona Helm in Ottawa, Ontario , Canada. These Crooks have since moved to Vancouver , British Columbia , Canada and continue to run their scam. These idiots got our reservation wrong, then tried to charge us more (after the fact). Tom Babcock and Ramona Helm are quite rude in their responses and don't know what they are doing. We did the 2 day sail - definitely NOT worth the money or the inconvenience.There were issues and really the lessons were not worth it. What I want to make sure of is that the consumers know about this company and its shady practices, no matter where they move and try to hide. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this company or to these morons.
